Check the calendar to see what tasks are coming up, and if there is a need.      

If there is no name associated with the task, then the task currently has no one assigned, and we can use some help!

       Email the Green Team Coordinator (Scott E).  

Be sure to include your name, the task you  can help with, and the date that you want to volunteer for.  Send the email to southchurchpeabody@comcast.net

Scott will  add your name (first name and last initial) to the calendar.  If you have a question, he'll attempt to respond right away.  If you don't hear from Scott right away (within 48 hours), he may be on vacation.

     Show up!

On (or around) the date you signed up, show up at the church.  All the tools and equipment should be available in the shed.  Ask Scott for details on how to get into the shed.

OOOPS!  Can't make you date after all?  Email Scott and he will remove you from the schedule.
